Alain Sebban, who came to celebrate Vatel Moscow’s 10th anniversary, received a warm welcome from the location institutions when he visited the Russian Federation Council and the Federal Tourism Agency. For this occasion, on the following days, students, professors and the Vatel Moscow faculty members set up a large meeting with over 120 participants. They included Vateliens who had just graduated, and who had the honor of receiving their degree from Alain Sebban and Alexei Ryavov, the School’s Director.
Hotel and Human Resources Managers from the seven largest hotels in the city were also present: The Ritz Carlton Moscow Hotel, Baltschug Kempinski Moscow, Swissotel Krasnye Holmy, Moscow, Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya, Hotel Novotel Moscow City, Mercure Arbat Moscow, and the Sheraton Palace Hotel, Moscow.
In these hotels we regularly see Vatel Moscow students in their professional application courses, as well as Vatel alumni from Russia or other countries, in managerial positions, such as Alain D’Addio, a Vatel Nimes graduate, who is the General Manager of the Moscow Novotel 4* Hotel.
With the opening of Vatel Kazan in 2009, there are more and more Vatel alumni in Russia having successful careers in their own country, but also in other countries throughout the world.
